WELCOME to ComDiab!

ComDiab is the first step on the ladder of diabetes management.
This introductory diabetes education is offered in small groups in the community for anyone who wants to know about diabetes.

- This may be people with diabetes, their carers or family members,
or any member of the community concerned they or someone they
know may be at risk of diabetes.

- The education, provided by well trained nurses, offers practical
information about diabetes to enable individuals to better
self-manage their health and diabetes, or, for those at risk, to
make changes in their life to avoid developing diabetes.

-  ComDiab does not replace any other diabetes education service
but reinforces and enhances each individual’s knowledge about
    diabetes.
