The following audio Information Sheets were recorded for Australian Diabetes Council by Vision Australia. They are made available for people with visual impairments, with low English literacy skills and users who listen to digital audio using an MP3 Player.
MP3 Files
These files are available for download in MP3 format (64 Kbps constant bit rate, stereo) and can be played using audio software such as iTunes, Windows Media Player, VLC Media Player, Quicktime, Winamp.
Help with Downloading
Please note: we recommend you download these files directly to your computer before listening. Instructions on how to download the MP3 files are provided below.
Internet Explorer users: right-click on the link and select 'Save Target As...' to save the MP3 file on your computer. Double click the file to play.
Mozilla Firefox users: right-click (Apple users control-click) on the link and select 'Save Link As...' to save the MP3 file on your computer. Double click the file to play.
Safari users: control-click (Windows users right-click) the link and select 'Download Linked File'. The file will be saved to the default location on your computer. Double click the file to play.
